Shipping Policy

**How fast do we ship?**  
We usually pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it’s on its way.

**Where do we ship?**  
We ship worldwide, except for a few restricted countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia). If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

**Shipping costs & free shipping**  
- Domestic (US): **Free shipping on orders**  
- International (other countries): calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

**Delivery time estimates**  
- Domestic: 9-14 business days  
- International: 12–20 business days  

These are estimates only. Customs or postal delays may happen – we can’t guarantee exact dates.

**Customs & taxes**  
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are your responsibility. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.

**Lost or damaged packages**  
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund, depending on the situation.

**Wrong address**  
Please double-check your shipping address. If you realize it’s wrong, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.
